By creating an account or using 7778IELTS (the 'Service'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ('Terms'). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app notice.

7778IELTS provides AI-powered IELTS practice tests, automated feedback, and study resources. The Service is intended for independent study only and does not constitute official IELTS instruction or certification.

Band scores produced by the Service are AI-generated estimates. They are not official IELTS results and cannot be used for visa, immigration, or university applications.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By registering, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

One account per person. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account.

Credits are the in-app currency used to access marking and premium features. Credits are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy.

All prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time, with reasonable advance notice for subscribers.

You may not use the Service to: infringe intellectual property rights; distribute malware; attempt to reverse-engineer the platform; scrape or harvest data; circumvent payment or credit systems; or impersonate another person.

Exam-mode features (Writing editor paste-block, audio play-once) exist to preserve academic integrity. Attempting to circumvent them violates these Terms.

All content, software, and trademarks on the Service are owned by or licensed to 7778IELTS. Practice materials are provided for personal study only and may not be redistributed or resold.

You retain ownership of the essay text and recordings you submit. By submitting, you grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to provide the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any particular band score improvement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, unless local consumer protection law requires otherwise.
